Two Healthy Partners and More!

A new way of looking at medical solutions comes through experience. During my 2023 journey with Stage 2 Breast (HER) Cancer, great knowledge of my body came with it. Recognizing what was inside my body to cause abnormalities became important.

The "niacin" needed made me feel like a SUPERHERO, especially Superberry!

Bio-hacks support the medical team’s prognosis, not replace it, by reminding patients to apply the knowledge gained. With permission from care providers, knowledge-prepared patients become survivors regardless of diagnosis. This page will discuss how to create HEALTHY PARTNERSHIPS with family and friends. Becoming of value to other families facing similar circumstances. The introduction with BRAN was one thing, but kicking in UUTH was a bonus. The “niacin” needed made me feel like a SUPERHERO, especially Superberry!

Every cure connects to a source. 2 Healthy Partners working for a patient are associated with medical professionals; moreover, administrators curing health issues are necessary. The new health partners of today are teaming up with friends and neighbors, sharing positive outcomes.

here was my cancer coach, and two dear friends contacting me day and night, especially family (biological and inherited).

Learning that I had a diagnosis of Stage 2 Breast Cancer became the reason for having a health team outside of my oncologist, breast surgeon, cosmetic surgeon, and radiologist. Partners usually fulfill the roles of curing the issue. Medical teamwork creates a strategy to approach either.

Options include removing the cancer, treating the cause of the cancer, restoring the body to a healthy state, or, in cases where treatment is not an option, making the diagnosis comfortable for the patient. In my case, all existed, but healing prevailed

What makes up a Healthy Team?

The first step in developing a healthy team is communication. After the diagnosis, I shared the outcomes with my immediate family. Since my children were adults, attention and focus were on “Mama getting better soon.” My coach, a very close friend, volunteered to take the role of transportation and accompaniment to all appointments, including surgeries. Included was inspiration and encouragement to maintain strength and begin good eating habits.

I would recommend drinking a lot of water. It seems to only make BRAN work better.

In addition to being an incredible product, Snaps are super transportable and extremely easy to consume. “Snap in Half” and suck it in. Snap it and squeeze into Water, Coffee, shake, or whatever beverage you want. Or “Snap” and suck, and then drink water after it. I actually notice the more water I drink after, the better I feel as well. The recommendation is to drink a lot of water. It seems to only make BRAN work better.

Multiple Healthy Leaders

The oncologist’s strategy led the way with his strategy for attacking the cancer aggressively. Because of the type of cancer, known as HER moves quickly in its pursuit, therefore, treatment had to be as fast and steady as its route to attack the entire body. The next leader was the surgeon who would become a team member to the oncologist for removal of the developed lump in the breast. Next, the surgeon would address the result of the lump removal with cosmetic changes and reconstruct the body. The fourth Healthy professional was my radiation physician who kept close monitoring of the five-week radiation received. UUTH would be another component that would supply the stamina needed for several weeks.

The final and hidden healthy partners were those individuals who kept the mental state of what was coming. There was my cancer coach, and two dear friends contacting me day and night, especially family (biological and inherited).

One of my supporters supporter was remote, who would supply me with care packages and support talks and prayer late in the midnight hours

One of my supporters supporter was remote, who would supply me with care packages and support talks and prayer late in the midnight hours; the other would stay overnight with me while I was hospitalized, and support me during the daytime hours, a daughter who would take up any appointments the coach could not make, and a son who would keep my focus on what God would do for me. Not to mention Prayer Warriors from two separate churches, and a nice troupe of ten individuals (including my manager at work) filling me with positive energy toward recovery.

The Necessary became the Unnecessary

Early on in the strategy setup of treatment, a port was suggested to make the chemo move faster to my system due to the veins being very small. When teams work together, a success formula is created. Healthy partners, medical and personal, make a winning team. The use of several types of teams makes success work. The port was taken out, and now I stand two months from one year of being cancer-free.

Part of the bio-hack family, including UUTH and BRAN, was personally used and supported by my upgraded health walk

Part of the bio-hack family, including UUTH and BRAN, was personally used and supported by my upgraded health walk choices.  From experiencing my best health as a young adult to a now mature adult woman, making good health choices is critical.  Graduating from the healthiest I could be to an astounding revelation by my doctor of a diagnosis of cancer has helped me to realize the value of physical awareness and self-care.  Take this opportunity in Thia’s Neighborhood to make yourself aware that the ingredients, benefits, and knowledge of what you consume are vital to a long and fulfilling life.
